Any ADSL or fiber-optic network connection with 256kbps of upload/download bandwidth can be used for streaming SnugTV. Higher bandwidth provides better Internet TV quality.

Yes, computers with SnugTV Station installed can also stream over a wireless network. Please select a wireless network with a stable signal source to ensure SnugTV video quality.

The SnugTV Station software does not currently support the Mac and Linux operating systems. We will continue to update the software so please check the official SnugTV website regularly to see if new versions are available.

A static external IP address is not required to connect to SnugTV. While the IP address provided by the Internet Service Provider will change relatively frequently, SnugTV will automatically detect your current IP address to provide a stable Internet TV streaming service.

Your security and confidentiality is assured with SnugTV. It allows you to remotely connect to your home computer for streaming TV and videos. Your personal account and password means you can connect securely to your home computer. All SnugTV user permissions and personal information will be stored in a highly secure data center.

SnugTV's Internet TV service only transmits the TV signal captured by your TV card or the videos in the SnugTV format under the SnugTV recording directory. It will not capture or transmit any information harmful to your computer so there is no need for concern.
